Improvement of Classroom Acoustics for the Hearing Impaired Students

Accurate transmission of acoustic information is very important for academic achievement, especially for hearing-impaired students. The most important criteria in classroom acoustics is reverberation time, which must be evaluated at low frequencies for hearing impaired people. In this project,  classrooms with various reverberation times will be modeled and subjective tests will be conducted in order to evaluate speech perception for hearing impared students.
