A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between TÜBİTAK National Metrology Institute and Kazakhstan Institute of Metrology and Standardization (KazStandart) on 16 May 2022 in order to develop scientific metrological cooperation.
Dr. Mustafa ÇETİNTAŞ, Acting Director of TÜBİTAK UME, and Gabit MUKHAMBETOV, General Manager of KazStandart, signed the Memorandum of Understanding, which was registered during the 10th SMIIC Metrology Council meeting held in Istanbul on 16 May 2022.
With the signed agreement, in addition to the ongoing cooperation between the metrology institutes of the two countries, technical consultancy, joint research projects, exchange of guest researchers and metrological requirements for the production of halal products will also be cooperated.
