Prof. Dr. Semih Bilgen, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Istanbul Okan University, was the guest of TÜBİTAK UME with the seminar he gave on 28 December 2022.
The seminar titled "OPINA - Open Innovation Autonomous Vehicle Development and Test Infrastructure" held within the scope of TÜBİTAK UME External Seminar Series was attended by researchers from TÜBİTAK Gebze Campus as well as faculty members from Istanbul Okan University.
Prof. Dr. Semih Bilgen, who has numerous articles and papers in national and international refereed journals and conferences, especially in the fields of information systems, software engineering and information networks, and a patent on energy supply in underwater acoustic sensor networks, shared his experiences with researchers in the seminar, which attracted great interest.
