For the HİSAR Low Altitude Air Defence Missile System (HİSAR-A) and HİSAR Medium Altitude Air Defence Missile System (HİSAR-O) Projects to be carried out by ASELSAN, a contract was signed between TÜBİTAK UME and ASELSAN on May 9 for Electromagnetic Compatibility Analysis and Tests.

The contract was signed by Dr. Fatih ÜSTÜNER, Acting Director of TÜBİTAK UME Institute, Cengiz ERGENEMAN, General Manager of ASELSAN, and Fuat AKÇAYÖZ, Deputy General Manager of ASELSAN, in the presence of Dinçer BATIRBERK, Head of the Weapon Systems Department of SSM, at the signing ceremony held at the 11th IDEF'13 Fair held this year.

The contract covers the work packages for the Electromagnetic Compatibility and Interoperability Analysis and Tests of the HİSAR-A and HİSAR-O systems, which will be developed by ASELSAN with fully national resources in line with the needs of the Turkish Armed Forces, to be carried out by TÜBİTAK UME.
