A military delegation headed by Brigadier General Adel Hassan Ali R. FAKHROO, Commander of the Calibration Center within the Qatar Armed Forces, paid a visit to TÜBİTAK UME on January 18, 2022.
In the meeting attended by TÜBİTAK UME Director Dr. Mustafa ÇETİNTAŞ and deputy technical directors, details about mutual work and possible cooperation in the field of metrology between Qatar and Turkey were discussed.
After the meeting, it was decided to improve the existing relations with the Qatari delegation, who expressed their satisfaction with the opportunity to observe TÜBİTAK UME laboratory infrastructure on site during the visits to Physics, Mechanics and Chemistry groups.
