The first of the "Plasma Technologies Workshop", which is planned to be held every year and which includes a wide range of applications of plasma technologies, was hosted by TÜBİTAK UME on December 10, 2021.
The international workshop, which was opened by TÜBİTAK UME Director Dr. Mustafa ÇETİNTAŞ, was held online with 65 participants from 30 institutions and organizations in 4 different countries.
In this workshop, 8 invited speakers took part in this workshop, where the studies on metrological and industrial applications of plasma in TÜBİTAK UME Electrodynamics Laboratory were also introduced. Current metrological and industrial applications in vacuum plasma, atmospheric plasma, laser generated plasma, liquid plasma conditions were presented by leading researchers and scientists in the field.
