Bioanalysis Laboratory
TÜBİTAK UME Bioanalysis Laboratory establishes collaborations with relevant institutions and organizations, provides support and carries out the necessary studies for the accurate and reliable execution of industrial, legal and scientific activities in the field of biometrology at national and international level.
Electrochemistry Laboratory
The main purpose of TÜBİTAK UME Electrochemistry Laboratory is to establish cooperation with relevant institutions and organizations, to provide support and to carry out the necessary studies in order to carry out industrial, legal and scientific activities in the field of electrochemistry at national and international level in an accurate and reliable manner.
Gas Metrology Laboratory
The main objective of the field of Gas Metrology is to develop, study and apply the necessary methods for the identification and measurement of energy and industrial gases, vehicle exhaust gases and gas components in the atmosphere, and to establish a high quality traceable gas measurement network. With these activities, it is aimed to carry out scientific, legal and industrial gas measurement activities accurately.
Inorganic Chemistry
The main purpose of TÜBİTAK UME Inorganic Chemistry Laboratory is to develop methods for measurements in the field of inorganic chemistry in order to improve measurement quality and ensure traceability of measurements, to validate the methods developed, to prepare measurement uncertainty budgets and to make calculations. In order to ensure the traceability of measurements made in the field of inorganic chemistry, the laboratory works to contribute to the continuity of the international system by cooperating with relevant organizations within the metrological hierarchy in many related fields, including the production of reference materials.
Organic Chemistry Laboratory
The main purpose of TÜBİTAK UME Organic Chemistry Laboratory is to establish cooperation with relevant institutions and organizations, to provide support and to carry out the necessary studies in order to carry out industrial, legal and scientific activities in the field of Organic Chemistry at national and international level in an accurate and reliable manner. For this purpose, method development and method validation studies are carried out and uncertainty values are calculated for new measurement methods. International studies are carried out within the metrological hierarchy to ensure the traceability of chemical measurements and the international comparability of their results.
Reference Materials Laboratory
The main purpose of TÜBİTAK UME Reference Materials Laboratory is to carry out studies for the production of certified reference materials for measurements in the fields of environment, food safety, clinical-health, energy-fuel and ore-mineral at national and international level, and to organize qualification tests, and to provide training and consultancy services in these fields.
