Organized by the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers Izmir Branch "Measurement Science Symposium and Exhibition" November 20-21-22, 2019 in their history MMO Tepekule Congress and Exhibition Center-İZMİR'de "What has changed?" will be organized with the main theme.
The symposium will be presented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Uğur "What has changed in SI Units?" will start with a conference on the theme of "The Effects of the Change in SI Units on Life and Scientific Studies" and changes in SI unit definitions will be discussed by experts. There will be 17 sessions in two parallel halls and 55 papers will be presented in these sessions. On the second day of the symposium, a workshop will be organized by Assoc. Prof. Tanfer Yandayan, a senior researcher at TÜBİTAK UME. "Machine Tool Metrology" will be discussed. Together with poster presentations, more than 70 presentations will be made at the Symposium.
