The action plan between TÜBİTAK UME and Iran Standards and Industry Research Institute (NMCI-ISIRI) was signed in Tehran on October 5, 2016.
Dr. Mustafa ÇETİNTAŞ, Director of TÜBİTAK National Metrology Institute, and Dr. Khosro MADANIPOUR, Head of Metrology Center of Iran Standards and Industry Research Institute, signed the action plan implemented within the scope of the "Memorandum of Understanding" registered at the 3rd Meeting of the Turkey-Iran High Level Cooperation Council (HLCC) held at the Presidential Complex in Ankara on 16 April 2016.
With the signed action plan, it was decided to start work on issues such as the calibration of Iranian reference standards, comparisons, trainings, the establishment of new laboratories and the provision of reference materials for proficiency tests.
