Partial Discharge (PD) Measurements Qualification Test

As it is known, laboratories wishing to be accredited by TÜRKAK and wishing to maintain the accreditation already granted are responsible for demonstrating their technical competence and carrying out the necessary work to monitor this competence. Proficiency tests and inter-laboratory comparisons are an important tool in determining the performance of laboratories performing tests and measurements and enable the laboratory to compare its performance with other laboratories. During laboratory accreditation, the results obtained by the laboratory from proficiency tests are also used in evaluations. According to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, laboratories should monitor their own performance by comparing their results with those of other laboratories, where possible and appropriate. This monitoring should be planned, reviewed and carried out through participation in proficiency tests and/or inter-laboratory comparisons outside the proficiency test.

In this context, TÜBİTAK UME High Voltage Laboratory organized "Partial Discharge (PD) Measurements Qualification Test" for laboratories that want to be accredited especially in the field of experimentation or want to maintain their existing accreditation.
