TÜBİTAK UME participated in ICSG 6th International Istanbul Smart Grids and Cities Congress and Fair held at Istanbul Congress Center between 25-26 April 2018.

During the fair, which was supported by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey and realized with the idea that smart meter policies and strategies and automation systems will make a great contribution to the rational use of the ever-increasing energy demand in the world where the existing energy grid system will shift to the smart grid management system in the coming period and become more widespread internationally, TÜBİTAK UME held meetings with its stakeholders seeking solution partners for smart grids, renewable energy and measurement needs in these areas.

At the fair, where a wide range of new technology products in the field of smart grid and automation were exhibited, stakeholders' requests for services and R&D in the field of metrology were received and visitors were informed about the activities carried out by TÜBİTAK UME.

Continuing to support the functioning of the sector with the responsibility of being the country's leading organization in the field of metrology, TÜBİTAK UME's booth at the 6th International Istanbul Smart Grids and Cities Congress and Fair attracted great interest from exhibitors and visitors.
