Faruk KAYMAKCI, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TÜRKAK (Turkish Accreditation Agency), Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs, visited TÜBİTAK UME on June 22, 2021 together with members of TÜRKAK Board of Directors and representatives of chambers of industry.

Mr. Salih Zeki POYRAZ, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of TÜRKAK and Member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Exporters Assembly; Banu MÜDERRİSOĞLU, Secretary General of TÜRKAK; Mehmet Barış TURABİ, Member of the Board of Directors of TÜRKAK and Secretary General of Kocaeli Chamber of Industry; Ayşe YALOVA GÖKÇE, Deputy Secretary General of TÜRKAK; Serhat GÖK, Head of TÜRKAK Experiment Accreditation; Şakir Ömer SARI, Business Development and Projects Manager of TÜRKAK, During the visit, which was accompanied by TÜRKAK Board Member and Vice Chairman of Trabzon Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mustafa Zihni SERDAR, Chairman of Kocaeli Chamber of Industry Ayhan ZEYTİNOĞLU, TÜRKAK Corporate Communications Manager and Secretary General's Private Secretary Ömer KARAVELİOĞLU, views were exchanged on joint studies within the scope of the ongoing cooperation between TÜRKAK and TÜBİTAK UME.

Following the presentation made to Mr. Faruk KAYMAKCI, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TÜRKAK, and the accompanying delegation on the fields of activity and projects carried out by TÜBİTAK UME, a laboratory visit was organized where information about the laboratory capacity of the Institute was provided.
