Turkish Standards Institute President Prof. Dr. Adem ŞAHİN paid a visit to TÜBİTAK National Metrology Institute on September 4, 2020.
During the visit, during which the activities carried out within the Institute of Standardization and Metrology of Islamic Countries (SMIIC) were discussed, mutual views were exchanged on the work that can be done in the following process for the "Islamic Countries Metrology Center of Excellence", which has been carried out by the SMIIC Metrology Council since 2018 and is planned to be established in Turkey with the approval of all member countries.
Prof. Dr. Adem ŞAHİN, who is also the Vice Chairman of the SMIIC Board of Directors, was accompanied by SMIIC Secretary General İhsan ÖVÜT during his visit.
