Laboratory officials from the Uzbekistan Metrology Institute (UzNIM) and the Testing and Certification Centers of the Republic of Uzbekistan paid a visit to TÜBİTAK UME.
In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding and Bilateral Cooperation Protocol signed between TÜBİTAK UME and Uzbekistan Standardization, Metrology and Certification Agency (UZSTANDARD), 18 experts, including 6 representatives of UzNIM and 12 representatives of Testing and Certification Centers operating in different regions of Uzbekistan, participated in the visit between 4 - 8 December 2017.
During the 4-day visit, bilateral meetings were held with the officials of TÜBİTAK UME's Temperature, Volume, Density and Viscosity, Mass, Pressure, Dimensional, Optical, Impedance, Voltage, Power and Energy, Force and Fluids laboratories.
In accordance with the cooperation agreement for the scientific and technical development and integration of UzNIM into the international metrology system, joint cooperation activities will continue.
