UME RM 9901 Total Pollution in Diesel Reference Material was produced by TÜBİTAK UME Chemistry Group Reference Materials Laboratory and offered to the service of laboratories analyzing petroleum and biofuel products.

UME RM 9901 was produced for the validation of the methods used by laboratories for the determination of total impurities by filtration method according to EN 12662 standard and for use in quality control studies. The product containing 18.0 ± 0.2 mg/kg total impurity was offered for sale in 1 liter aluminum packaging. Total Pollution in Diesel Reference Material, of which 100 units have been sold so far, can be produced in the range of 15-50 mg/kg in line with the demands of laboratories.

With UME RM 9901, it is aimed to fill the existing reference material gap in the field of total pollution analysis in petroleum and biofuel products according to EN 12662 standard.
