A cooperation protocol was signed between TÜBİTAK UME and Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa on February 17, 2020 to develop scientific metrological collaborations.
Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Erol İNCE, Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Erol İNCE and Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Veterinary Medicine faculty member and Project and Technology Office (İÜC-PROTEK) Manager Prof. Dr. Ali Aydın, as well as faculty members and researchers from both institutions attended the protocol ceremony meeting, which was signed by Rector Prof. Dr. Nuri AYDIN on behalf of Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa and Institute Director Dr. Mustafa ÇETİNTAŞ on behalf of TÜBİTAK UME.
Within the scope of the signed protocol, the two institutions will work in cooperation to conduct qualified, basic and product-oriented applied-scientific, technological research and projects on scientific and technological issues, especially in the fields of interventional radiology and medical metrology, and to train scientists in technological fields.
After the protocol signing ceremony meeting where mutual presentations were made, Rector AYDIN and the accompanying delegation visited a laboratory where information about TÜBİTAK UME's laboratory capacity was provided.
