A Cooperation Protocol was signed between TÜBİTAK UME and Karabük University on Monday, May 6.
The signing ceremony of the protocol signed by Prof. Dr. Burhanettin UYSAL, Rector of Karabük University and Dr. Fatih ÜSTÜNER, Acting Director of TÜBİTAK UME Institute was held at Karabük University. Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. Erol ARCAKLIOĞLU and Mechatronics Engineering Faculty Member Asst. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bektaş ÇOLAK attended the ceremony.
With the signed protocol;
- Conducting qualified basic and product-oriented applied scientific and technological research and projects between the two institutions,
- Training specialized researchers in areas of technology that are critical for the country,
- Carrying out studies with TÜBİTAK UME in order to enable Karabük University students and lecturers to recognize the needs of the industry,
- Karabuk University students were given internship opportunities at TÜBİTAK UME,
- Providing TUBITAK UME employees with the opportunity to pursue a doctorate / master's degree at Karabük University,
- Organizing the conditions for TÜBİTAK UME experts to give lectures at the university in order to transfer their knowledge in the field of metrology
