TÜBİTAK UME participated in the 7th Organization of Islamic Cooperation Halal Expo, the largest Halal Fair held at the Eurasia Show and Art Center within the scope of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) activities between 28 November-1 December 2019.

The 7th OIC Halal Fair, which is held every year simultaneously with the World Halal Summit organized under the auspices of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, and where many activities such as exhibition areas, B2B programs accompanied by professional procurement delegations, workshops, etc. were held, was attended by more than 300 local and foreign institutions and companies from 35 different countries and nearly 40,000 visitors.

At the fair, where a wide range of products and new studies related to the halal production sector were exhibited, stakeholders' service and R&D requests in the field of metrology were received and visitors were informed about the activities carried out by TÜBİTAK UME.

Continuing to support the functioning of the sector with the responsibility of being the country's leading institution in the field of metrology, TÜBİTAK UME's stand at the 7th Organization of Islamic Cooperation Halal Expo Fair attracted great interest from exhibitors and visitors.
