Power and Energy Laboratory consists of two laboratory spaces with areas of 174 m2 and 83 m2. The first laboratory space is generally used to calibrate power and energy analyzers, standard wattmeters, phase meters, harmonic/flicker measurement devices and electricity meters using the primary AC power measurement system (DSWM) and working standards. The calibrations of instrument transformers, standard voltage and current transformers, standard burden sets and current sensors like Rogowski/LPCT/Clamp types are performed using standard measurement systems in the second laboratory space.

The laboratory has been accredited by the Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRKAK) according to the ISO/IEC 17025 standard in August 2006.
