Visit From The Institute Of Standards And Industrial Research of Iran

On August 6, 2015, a delegation from the Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran visited TÜBİTAK UME for the purpose of exploring opportunities for cooperation. The delegation, composed of the President of the National Metrology Center, Dr. Khosro Madanipour, and the President of the National Accreditation Center, Dr. Alireza Khakifirooz, expressed their interest in cooperating with TÜBİTAK UME towards enhancing ISIRI’s technical capacity in metrology and preparing for its integration into the international metrology system. The discussions were concluded with an agreement to begin preparations for the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between ISIRI and TÜBİTAK UME.
