pH measurements are the most widely used measurement techniques. The accuracy of pH measurement applied in chemistry, food industry, health and environment is also important in terms of our daily lives. The necessity of accurate measurement is the calibration of the pH systems. Currently, all of the standard buffer solutions used in the calibration are imported from abroad and traceability for pH measurements are provided outside the country. Also the procurements time of these products are very long (4-8 weeks)
Buffer solutions with pH values of 4,7 and 10 will be produced and certify in the scope of the project. Thus, traceability for pH measurements will be provided by TÜBİTAK UME and
reduction of dependency on foreign countries will take place.
