Serkan DEDEOĞLU (Head of Laboratory)
Serkan Dedeoğlu has received his B.Sc. degrees in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Yıldız Technical University in 2003 and his M.Sc. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kocaeli University in 2011. He worked at EKA Elektronik A.Ş. as a project engineer in 2004. From 2004, he has been working as a senior researcher in TUBITAK UME High Voltage Laboratory. He is responsible for high voltage measurement systems calibration and test services which are needed by industrial manufacturers. He has also been working on the construction of primary and secondary level high voltage measurement systems and has taken part in various international and national high voltage measurement comparisons. Since 2015 Serkan DEDEOĞLU is also working as an assessor in the field of electrical testing and calibration about laboratory accreditation according to IEC 17025 for TURKAK (Turkish Accreditation Agency).
Sami ÖZER
He graduated from Gaziantep University, Department of Physics Engineering in 2010. In 2011-2020, he worked as head of calibration laboratory and quality manager at Testone Technoloji A.Ş. From October 2020, he has been working as an Senior Researcher in TUBITAK UME high voltage laboratory. He works on the establishment and maintenance of primary and secondary level systems in high voltage measurements, and work on calibration, testing and device construction services that the industry needs. He also takes part in international high voltage comparisons.Sami Özer has been working as a technical expert with TURKAK (Turkish Accreditation Agency) about calibration laboratory accreditation since 2015. Since 2019, he work as a lead auditor position within the scope of the quality management system ISO 9001:2015.
Volkan AYVA
Volkan Ayva graduated from the Karamursel Vocational College’s Industrial Electronics Department of Kocaeli University in 2007. He started his career as a technician at the EMC Electronic, Testing and R&D Laboratory in 2007. During his experience in EMC Electronic, Testing and R&D Laboratory, he designed filter circuits for EMC test setups and he performed EMC tests of various industrial products. At the same time he was responsible for implementation of the laboratory quality system according to the IEC/ISO17025 standard. He has been working as a chief technician in the TÜBİTAK UME High Voltage Laboratory since 2012. Volkan AYVA has been participating in high voltage metrology projects actively.
