Time-Frequency and Wavelength Laboratories
One of the seven SI units is being measured with an accuracy of 10-14 - 10-15 and it is the most correctly measurable unit. That is why time and frequency measurements are used in order to increase accuracies of the other units. Nowadays, technologically improved countries establish their own time and frequency systems and support the works on the subject to improve time and frequency standards.
