The aim of this project is to produce a 1 fA - 100 pA DC Current Source in order to use as a reference for very low DC current meters at ASELSAN A.Ş. By means of this project, the lowest DC current measurement capability will be enhanced through a decrease in the lower measurement range limit to 1 fA from 2 pA and an improvement in measurement uncertainties.
