The laboratory is continuing research activity to achieve the required measurement quantity of the local industry. The prior working area is determined as primary level impedance measurements and power measuring equipment characterization up to 40 GHz.
RF and Microwave Laboratory is continuing research activity to achieve the required measurement quantity of the local industry.
Laboratory aims to improve the laboratory measurement capability within the following scopes.
- Expanding primary level impedance measurements made within the traceability chain from 50 GHz to 90 GHz to include 5G operating frequencies,
- Expanding material characterization measurements up to 170 GHz frequency,
- Expanding the international traceability of S parameter and power measurements up to 110 GHz, including the communication frequencies of autonomous vehicles.
