Utilization of renewable power sources like biofules are promoted in terms of energy efficiency. Besides, a need for accurate and comparable analysis in this field arises. In this EMRP Project eight different metrology institute and three university laboratory works in collaboration in specifying the physical and chemical properties of biofuels and afterwards preparing scientific basis for the production of certified reference materials.
